Alex Petrounov

Alex Petrounov is a songwriter working out of New York. His catalog exceeds 200 songs. He has written songs for up and coming artists such as Jamba, Jason Eskridge, Stevvi Alexander, Erik Bledsoe and many others.

His work has been played on national television and radio (ABC, Travel Channel, Spike, etc.), and international television and radio in London, the Czech Republic, etc.

Alex was born in Bulgaria, where his father, Alexander Petrounov started The Silver Bracelets, the first rock band in the country.

When Alex was fourteen, his father gave him a guitar and taught him a D chord. From that moment on, music gave him an outlet for integrating words, melodies, chords and rhythms into things that could speak to people.
